Haig Baronikian, Ph.D., PMP, P.Eng.
Haig
is founder, President and Senior Consultant at eFuel
Partners Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the eLearning,
eHealth, telecom and information technology fields. He has held
leadership positions in corporate strategy, marketing, R&D, sales engineering,
systems integration and software development with Bell Canada. He
was previously also Managing Director at HiLCO - The Health Informatics Lab, and President and COO of Expresto Software, a developer of multimedia authoring
tools.
Haig has led large
teams of business analysts, software developers, systems engineers and project
managers in the delivery of telecom, software and systems integration projects for a
variety of ROB1000 clients. His consulting engagements have included: the
development and implementation of a data warehouse/business intelligence system
for a multi-stakeholder client; various
strategy, business planning and marketing projects in the eHealth,
microelectronics and telecom fields; project and design leadership for a public-private consortium developing eLearning systems; needs
assessment, planning, project management, pilot implementation and evaluation for a student
clinical placement system for Nursing programs across Ontario; project management to implement
a state-of-the-art digital systems chip testing laboratory (part of the National
Microelectronics and Photonics Testing Collaboratory); applied research on eLearning in the
post-secondary sector; and, needs assessment, prototyping and software
development for a student clinical education information system for
Rehabilitation Sciences programs across Ontario.
