Project Leadership Apps

The world's first such mobile app, eFuel's new Project Leadership Self-Assessment app, is now available for Blackberry and Android devices (Apple iOS version coming soon).

This app is intended for project managers, as well as aspiring PMs. It will help you to understand your project leadership strengths as well as areas needing improvement and practice.

It takes the user through a series of questions, responses to which indicate strengths and weaknesses in terms of the following dimensions of leadership:

• Team-Building and Interpersonal;
• Planning and Risk;
• Communications;
• Decision-Making, Problem-Solving and Performance;
• Trust and Interdependence; and,
• Cultural and Environmental.

Benchmarking is also provided to help you compare your results to those of others, where there is sufficient data available.
