Erny Lammertink, R.N., B.Sc.N.

Erny is Senior Consultant at eFuel Partners Inc. Erny began her Nursing career in the Netherlands, focusing on paediatrics and neonatal intensive care. During this time, she was a team leader and instructor for Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care students during the one-year clinical portion of their respective curriculum. She was involved in placing the students, organizing the preceptors, functioned as a preceptor herself and evaluated the students' clinical experience. Erny also participated in a team that developed clinical learning programs for students and was a member of the Neonatal Intensive Care examination commission.

Erny is a part-time Clinical Response Nurse in the trauma/code team at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. The role includes providing education to all Registered Nurses, especially to novices and nursing students, at the Hospital. Erny has served as a preceptor for new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit staff nurses and nursing students during their clinical period in the George Brown College Neonatal Intensive Care certificate program.

Most recently, Erny has been working as a Nursing Consultant through the needs assessment, due diligence and pilot implementation phases for a student clinical placement system for Nursing programs at Ontario universities, colleges and health care sites.
