Project Leadership and Management

eFuel delivers strong leadership and
project management
for eLearning,
eHealth, ePlacement, and a range
of other information and communications technology projects, including: project vision
and charter generation;
plan
and budget development;
project execution and tracking;
stakeholder/partner communications; risk management; and, documentation, resourcing, issue resolution
and reporting.
Projects have often included multiple
partners, as well as a mix of public or private sector stakeholders.
Consultants engaged in project management hold the PMP designation from the
Project Management Institute.

Project leadership for the development,
testing and implementation of a multi-stakeholder data warehouse/business
intelligence system.
Responsibilities included: project
management; issue resolution; project communications and documentation; and,
stakeholder liaison.

Project leadership for the development of
pilot plan for selected student clinical placement system for Nursing
programs, pilot preparation with stakeholders in three regions across Ontario,
pilot implementation, coordination with system supplier, pilot evaluation and
reporting, as well as all project management. Pilot participants included
universities, colleges, hospitals, public health agencies, long-term care
homes and other health care providers. [Client: Council of Ontario

Project management for the
implementation of the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative eLibrary,
a national online repository for digital resources for education, research and
practice in interprofessional health. Responsibilities covered: project
management; resource coordination; stakeholder communications planning and
implementation; and, development of the business plan and budget for the
evaluation and production phase. [CIHC] |

Project leadership for
the Collaborative Content Creation Lab, a CANARIE Inc.-funded seven-partner,
public/private project. Project budget of $1.1M and duration of 17
months.
Responsibilities included: project management; requirements
development; design leadership; partner coordination; internal/external
communications; pilot management; and, tracking and reporting to
partners and funding agency. New e-learning, Web- and desktop-based collaborative authoring software and

National Microelectronics and Photonics Testing Collaboratory, a CFI-funded
research enablement project with 22 participating universities across Canada.
Responsibilities spanned preparation of Labs, commissioning of major test
