Project leadership for the development of pilot plan for the selected student clinical placement system for Nursing programs, pilot preparation with stakeholders in three regions across Ontario, pilot implementation, coordination with system supplier, pilot evaluation and reporting, as well as all project management. Pilot participants included universities, colleges, hospitals, public health agencies, long-term care homes and other health care providers. Project management for the implementation of the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative eLibrary, a national online repository for digital resources for education, research and practice in interprofessional health. Responsibilities covered: project management; resource coordination; stakeholder communications planning and implementation; and, development of the business plan and budget for the evaluation and production phase. Project execution for the National Microelectronics and Photonics Testing Collaboratory, a CFI-funded research enablement project with 22 participating universities across Canada.
